The processing line integrates multiple processes such as cleaning, degreasing, rust removal, phosphating, passivation, etc., and operates efficiently and automatically to ensure that metal products perform well in subsequent coating, electroplating and other processes.

 

Using advanced environmental protection technology, the pre-treatment line can effectively remove pollutants on the metal surface, including grease, dust, rust, etc. At the same time, the adhesion between the metal substrate and the coating is enhanced through phosphating treatment, and the corrosion resistance and service life of the product are improved. The intelligent control system can achieve precise control and can flexibly adjust the processing parameters according to different materials and surface treatment requirements to ensure that each product can achieve the best treatment effect.

Features

 

Commonly used pickling solutions are as follows:

 

  • Hydrochloric acid type: has the characteristics of hydrochloric acid, strong rust removal ability, fast speed, generally treated at room temperature, moderate price, but easy to volatilize, large acid mist, slightly poor operability, people have put a lot of effort in additives, so that the product performance has been improved a lot, operability has been greatly enhanced, and the service life is shorter than sulfuric acid type.
  • Sulfuric acid type: has the characteristics of sulfuric acid, is more stable, the rust removal speed is slower than the hydrochloric acid type, often requires diffusion treatment, the service life is relatively long, and the price is cheap.
  • Mixed type (salt + sulfuric acid): hydrochloric acid type and sulfuric acid type have complementary advantages and disadvantages.
  • "Two-in-one", that is, the pickling solution for degreasing and rust removal. The most common and better one is the hydrochloric acid type, which is characterized by fast degreasing and rust removal speed, room temperature treatment, and moderate price. If the user has the technical conditions to prepare it by himself, it is one of the better varieties.
  • "Three-in-one", that is, the pickling solution for degreasing, rust removal and phosphating simultaneously. This cleaning solution is not suitable for electrophoretic coating because 1. The cleaning solution uses phosphoric acid, which is expensive. 2. Phosphoric acid is a weak acid with limited rust removal ability and difficult to guarantee the quality of rust removal. 3. The "phosphating film" obtained after treatment quickly dissolves in water, which not only does not have a rust-proof effect, but also its dissolved products will pollute the electrophoretic tank liquid.
  • "Four-in-one" is a pickling solution that removes oil, removes rust, phosphates, and passivates simultaneously. Its performance, function, advantages and disadvantages are the same as those of "three-in-one".
  • The workpiece treatment method refers to the way in which the workpiece contacts the tank liquid to achieve the purpose of chemical pretreatment, including full immersion, full spray, spray and immersion combination, brushing, etc. It mainly depends on the geometric size and shape of the workpiece, site area, investment scale, production volume and other factors. For example, workpieces with complex geometric dimensions are not suitable for spraying; oil tanks and oil barrels are not easy to sink in the liquid, so they are not suitable for immersion.

 

Specifications

 

The technical parameters of the immersion spray pretreatment equipment may vary depending on the equipment model and application scenario. The following are some common technical parameters for reference only:

 

Process speed: 

Usually 0.35~7m/min, which can be adjusted according to actual needs.

 

Tanking temperature:
The pre-degreasing, degreasing, and re-degreasing tank temperatures are generally 60~80℃.
The phosphating tank temperature is generally 30℃.
The hot water washing tank temperature is generally 4050℃ (or 4555℃).

 

Processing time:
The processing time of each process is determined according to actual needs, such as pre-degreasing, degreasing, and re-degreasing times are 120s, 80s, 80s, etc.

 

Spray pressure:
The water washing spray pressure is generally controlled at about 0.1MPa.
The phosphating spray pressure is generally controlled at 0.1~0.2MPa.

 

Tanking management:
The oil content of the degreasing liquid should be controlled below 5g/L.
The total acidity, free acidity, accelerator concentration, pH value, etc. of the phosphating solution need to be regularly tested and adjusted to the specified range.

 

Equipment size:
The total length of the production line, the length and width of each treatment section, etc. are customized according to actual needs.

 

Other parameters:
Such as the material, anti-corrosion performance, degree of automation, control system, etc. of the equipment, also need to be selected according to actual needs.

 

The above technical parameters are not fixed values, but vary according to the specific model of the equipment and the application scenario. In actual applications, the most suitable technical parameters should be selected based on comprehensive consideration of factors such as the material, size, shape of the workpiece and the overall layout of the production line.
