Temperature control system:

1. Temperature range: Room temperature 0-300 ℃ (desired temperature can be set arbitrarily)
2. Temperature sensor accuracy: ± 1% ℃
3. Temperature uniformity: ± 2 ℃ (tested by heating the upper, middle, and lower parts of the furnace)
4. Heater: Adopting a heat dissipating dry burning heating tube (made of imported resistance wire and high-temperature quartz sand)

Furnace structure and materials:

1. The furnace body is designed with single/double doors and safety explosion-proof door locks
2. The inner box is made of galvanized or stainless steel plate, and sealed with argon welding around it
3. The outer box is made of A3 iron plate or stainless steel plate, and sealed with argon welding around the edges
4. Oven interior: available in layered, trolley style, and hanging styles
5. Thermal insulation material: using high-efficiency Sisel 100K environmentally friendly high-temperature cotton
6. Door edge sealing: using high temperature resistant silicone for tight sealing, durable and long-lasting
