1) After several upgrades, it has reached the domestic advanced level, with a thermal efficiency of about 90%. The air is transported by a centrifugal fan, and an adjustable air outlet is set up to ensure that there is no dead angle in the entire air transport process and no temperature deviation. It uses natural gas, gas, pellet straw and other heating methods; the burner is matched with Liya furnace, Belden, American E brand, Japanese Zhengying DCM. 5-1.2 million calorie burner. Through a high-power centrifugal fan, the hot air is sent into the oven through the pipe. The bottom is supplied and the top is returned. Air volume adjustment devices are generally installed on both sides of the air supply duct to facilitate the adjustment of the temperature difference in the furnace.

2) Temperature control method: multi-point monitoring is adopted, one point is set on the main control, one point is set inside the combustion chamber, and a double-layer temperature control protection device is used to prevent the furnace temperature from being too high and burning the equipment.

5) Safety device, over-temperature alarm, automatically cut off the burner, start the circulation fan before starting the machine, then start the ignition. Turn off the burner before stopping. Close the gas valve. The fan will stop after the delay.
