Application

RSO-001 small ovens can meet the requirements of purification and drying in production and scientific research departments such as electronic LCD displays, medicine, and laboratories. Special requirements can reach a temperature of 250°C. The inner tank of the oven uses a 304/2.0 stainless steel insulation layer with a thickness of 150mm, six-sided thermal insulation treatment, and is filled with aluminum silicate wool. The outer shell is powder-sprayed with T1.5/SS41 board. The door is a single-opening door with a stainless steel door button and a tight sealing silicone strip. The left and right circulation air supply method heats the workpiece, with high temperature control accuracy and fast heating. It is suitable for high-temperature drying of various ceramic products, Teflon surface coating drying, aluminum product annealing, welding rod drying, bearing preheating, etc. It can also be used for: medical instruments, meters, colleges and universities, and scientific research departments for high-temperature drying requirements.
